14-20km/day with 600-1200m of elevation gain (group dependant). Run through some of Canada’s most iconic landscapes. Revelstoke offers lush forest paths, alpine terrain, and jaw-dropping mountain views. Perfect for an unforgettable trail running experience.

What Your 3 Days Look Like
This 3-day, 4-night running retreat is designed to elevate your mind, body, and stride. Each day balances invigorating runs, guided recovery sessions, and enriching group activities.

Guests arrive at the Capow House and settle in for an evening of connection, light refreshments, and a welcome briefing to set the tone for the days ahead.

Start the day with a gentle morning yoga stretch, followed by a guided trail run through the awe-inspiring Glacier National Park. Wind down with an après nutrition seminar focused on fueling for endurance and recovery.

Ease into the day with yoga before hitting the trails of Mount Revelstoke. In the afternoon, deepen your knowledge with a runners’ seminar covering training strategies, recovery, and performance tips.

One final yoga stretch and trail run through the scenic routes of Revelstoke Mountain Resort. We’ll wrap up with a closing circle and light refreshments before departure.

Sarah brings marathon grit and mountain love to every trail, while Alison, founder of Rhythm Run Coaching, brings years of racing and coaching expertise. Together, they’ll guide, inspire, and support you every step of the way. Whether you're chasing a PR or just soaking up the views.

FounderFuelled by her parents passion for the sport, Sarah’s love for running started at a young age. It’s her ‘Go-to’ when looking to get outside, as even a 15 minute run can make her feel refreshed (needed with two kids in the house!). Sarah has run the Victoria, Boston and Berlin marathons, and the Mount Robson ultra. She’s excited to fuel others passions for the mountains with this running retreat.

Alison has been running and racing on the roads, trails, and track since 2009. Over the years, she has explored a variety of disciplines, trails, routes, races, and all other good things related to running. She is the founder of Rhythm Run Coaching, where she virtually coaches athletes to work towards their own personal running goals. Alison enjoys getting athletes of all abilities out on the trails and showing them some of her favourite routes.
